The BGCP afterschool program is one of the primary after school programs  in Iredell County. The after school program operates from 2:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. Monday-Friday. The Boys & Girls Clubs of the Piedmont serves young people ages 5-18 years old. Ten local schools provide transportation to the Club and serve as the major feeder schools to the Boys & Girls Club. These schools include: Celeste Henkel Elementary, Cloverleaf Elementary, East Elementary, Troutman Elementary, NB Mills Elementary, Northview IB, Third Creek Elementary, West Iredell Middle, Troutman Middle, Statesville Middle, and Success Institute. However, any student in Iredell County is welcome to attend the after school program. The Club provides transportation from North Iredell, West Iredell, and Statesville high schools once weekly per school for youth to participate in teen programs offered at the site such as the Teen Entrepreneurship Program and the Keystone Program.
